1. Fair Mining Principle

  1. Cryptix applies a fair mining principle for broad and equal participation.
  2. Attempts to gain unfair mining advantage are prohibited.
  3. This includes mass-mining abuse, botnet usage, and datacenter misuse.

2. Permitted Hardware

  1. Only commercially available CPU and GPU hardware is permitted.
  2. ASIC, FPGA, quantum, or other specialized mining hardware is prohibited.
  3. Setups designed to bypass network limitations are prohibited.

3. Permitted Software

  1. Only officially released and approved software may be used.
  2. Unauthorized scripts, exploits, or automation tools are prohibited.
  3. Users are responsible for running compliant, unmodified software.

4. Network Abuse Prohibition

  1. Use of botnets, malware-infected systems, or compromised devices is prohibited.
  2. DDoS, disruption attempts, and network manipulation are prohibited.
  3. Datacenter infrastructure must not be used to circumvent network rules.

5. Illegal or Fraudulent Activities

  1. Illegal, fraudulent, or malicious use of the network is prohibited.
  2. Market manipulation, theft, and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
  3. Actions harming users, pools, exchanges, or market integrity are prohibited.

6. Decentralization and Off-Chain Enforcement

  1. The network is decentralized and does not provide centralized on-chain freeze or reversal control.
  2. Enforcement can occur through off-chain cooperation with ecosystem partners and authorities.
  3. Violating users may be reported or restricted through available off-chain channels.

7. Liability and Risk

  1. Use of the network is at the user's own risk.
  2. No liability is assumed for losses caused by attacks, failures, or market conditions.
  3. No warranty is provided for uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes.

8. Legal Compliance
